  • Yes. Ceremonies can be performed in English, Spanish, or a blend of both, so every guest feels included in your celebration.

  • Every package includes your ceremony, officiating, and notarization of your marriage license. The Signature and Premium packages add a fully personalized ceremony with unlimited edits and a pre-wedding consultation, and Premium also includes rehearsal attendance.   • As soon as you have a date, especially for weekends and peak wedding season. Booking early gives us plenty of time for your consultation and to personalize your ceremony.

  • Yes, we travel throughout South Florida and the Greater Miami area to your ceremony venue. Just let us know your location when you book and we’ll confirm availability for your date.

  • Absolutely. Your ceremony script is personalized to you as a couple, from readings and vows to the overall tone, whether that’s heartfelt, lighthearted, traditional, or a mix. We will work together during our pre-wedding meeting and you’ll also fill out a survey of your love story and I’ll present a customized ceremony that truly represents your story.   • As your officiant, I sign your marriage license immediately after the ceremony. Your official certified copy then arrives by mail from the county. In Florida, a marriage license is valid for 60 days from issuance and can be used anywhere in the state.

  • Yes, I work with two other officiants in order to provide you with a back-up plan.

  • In order to reserve a date, you’ll be issuing payment for 30% of the service. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the ceremony. I accept Venmo, Zelle or CashApp.

  • Yes. Once you are ready to reserve your date, I will prepare a service agreement outlining all the details discussed during our pre-wedding meeting. Your date will be secured once the agreement is signed and the required deposit is received.

Notary FAQs

  • A notary public is a state-commissioned official authorized to witness signatures and verify identities on official documents. I can notarize powers of attorney, affidavits, real estate and loan documents, parental consent and travel forms, and many other documents that require notarization.

  • Please bring a current, government-issued photo ID, such as a driver’s license, state ID, or passport. The name on your ID should match the name on the document you’re signing.

  • Yes, I travel to your home, office, hospital, or another location of your choice throughout South Florida and the Greater Miami area for your convenience.

  • Yes, notarizations can be handled in English, Spanish, or a blend of both, so you’re comfortable and clear on every document you sign.

  • A signing agent is a notary trained to handle loan and real estate closing paperwork. Yes, I offer loan signing agent services for mortgage refinances, home purchases, and other real estate transactions.

  • No. Florida notaries are prohibited from giving legal advice or preparing legal documents unless they are also a licensed attorney. I can witness and notarize your signature, but for legal guidance you should consult an attorney.
